Give bulk buyers your wholesale price in one click, or let Oja switch to it automatically when they buy enough. Here is how wholesale works in Oja POS.

Many Nigerian shops sell to both end buyers and traders who resell. Keeping two price lists in your head, or in a notebook, is where money gets lost. In Oja, each product can have a wholesale price, and the POS uses it when the sale is a wholesale one.
Before you start
- The Odogwu or Chairman plan for Oja POS.
- A wholesale price on the products you sell in bulk, and if you like, the minimum quantity for the wholesale price.
Tick Wholesale for a bulk buyer
Add the items to the order as usual. For a trader or bulk buyer, tick Wholesale at the top of the order. Every item that has a wholesale price switches to it, and the product cards show the wholesale price too.

Check the total and complete
Items at the wholesale price are marked W in the order, and the total updates. Choose how they paid and click Complete. The sale is saved as a wholesale sale.

Or let the quantity decide
Set a minimum quantity on a product (for example 10 yards) and you do not need to tick anything: when a customer buys that many, Oja switches that item to the wholesale price by itself.
Tips for wholesale
- Untick Wholesale to go back to retail prices for the next customer.
- Products without a wholesale price keep their normal price, even in a wholesale sale.
- Mark regular traders as wholesale customers in the Oja app, so they get the wholesale price every time.
