Full screen, today's sales at a glance and quick filters: three small settings that make Oja POS faster when the queue is long.
On a market day or during the December rush, every second at the counter counts. These three settings in Oja POS keep the screen clear, show you how the day is going and help you find products faster.
Before you start
- The Odogwu or Chairman plan.
- Oja POS open in your browser.
Use the whole screen
Click Full screen at the top. The POS fills the screen and hides the browser bars, which is best on a laptop or tablet at the counter. Press Esc or click Exit full screen to go back.
See today's sales at a glance
Click the dashboard button next to Full screen. A bar opens with Today's Sales and how it compares with yesterday, Yesterday, Total Orders and the average order value. Click it again to hide it.
Filter by category
Click the filter button in the search box to choose a category, like Fabrics, or a product type. Only those products show, so busy staff find items faster. Click Clear all to show everything again.
More tips for busy days
- Use a barcode scanner: one beep adds the item.
- Park orders when a customer steps away, and keep the queue moving.
- Close the day each evening in the Oja app to check your cash against your sales.
