New goods arrived? Record them in one go: stock goes up and what you paid is saved as money out, so your profit stays right.
When new goods arrive from your supplier, two things change: you have more to sell, and money went out. Restock records both at once, so your stock and your profit never drift apart.
Before you start
- Install the Oja app and sign in to your store.
- Your products already added in Oja.

Tap Restock
On Home, scroll to Toolbox and tap Restock. The I bought stock screen opens.

Pick what you bought
Tap each product you bought; use Search your products to find it fast. For each one, type how many and what each one cost you.
Add the supplier and their phone if you like, then tap Save. Stock goes up and the total is saved as money out.

Tips that protect your profit
- Always type the real cost per item. It is how Oja knows your profit on each sale.
- Save the supplier so you can call them again from the record.
- Count your shelf now and then with Count stock to catch any difference.
