Your control center for profile, finance, settings, support, and account actions.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Tap More in the bottom navigation.
- At the top: see your greeting, profile photo, KYC tier badge, and wallet balance (tap eye to hide).
- Quick actions: Edit Profile, Billing, Support.
- Finance & growth: Merchant balance, Discounts.
- Subscription card: view or upgrade your plan.
- Settings sections: Account & billing, Marketing & messaging, Storefront & checkout — tap any row to open that settings tab.
- More section: Merchant blog, Support & Help, Terms, Privacy, Log Out, Delete Account.
- Pull down anywhere on the screen to refresh your store data.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
