Before you start

Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Open the order from Orders → tap the order → Fulfillment section, or open Shipping details directly when linked.
  2. On the Shipping details screen, review the current status badge (Pending, Processing, Shipped, In transit, Delivered, etc.).
  3. Tap Edit to update fields: Rider name, Rider contact, Tracking code, Tracking URL, Carrier, and Shipment ID.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Share the tracking URL with the customer if you have one from your courier.
  6. Update status as the package moves (e.g. mark Shipped when handed to the courier).

If something goes wrong

Try this first:

  1. Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
  2. Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
  3. Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
  4. Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
