What you will learn
Activate your virtual account so customers can pay by transfer and payments auto-match to orders.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More and tap the Oja Terminal card (or Open Terminal).
- Ensure you have a paid plan, completed KYC tier, bank account on file, and store phone number.
- Follow the activation steps on the Oja Terminal dashboard.
- Copy your virtual account number and bank name to share with customers.
- Under More → Settings → How customers pay, enable Oja Terminal for Online, Offline, or POS as needed.
- When a customer transfers, Oja matches the payment to the order automatically when possible.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
