What you will learn
Use your email and a verification code to set a new password and sign in again.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter the email address linked to your Oja account and submit.
- Check your email for a 5-digit code.
- Enter the code on the same screen when prompted (you can resend the code or change your email if needed).
- After the code is verified, create a new password and confirm it.
- Return to Sign in and log in with your email and new password.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
