Define where you deliver and how much customers pay for shipping.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More → Settings → Shipping & carriers.
- Add or edit delivery zones (name, regions, price).
- Connect or configure carrier options if your plan includes them.
- Save changes — new offline orders and checkout will use these zones.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
