What you will learn
Confirm payment, update status, print documents, and fulfill items from the order details screen.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open Orders and tap the order you need.
- Review the header badges: Order status, Payment status, and Shipping status.
- Scroll through Items to see what was bought, quantities, and line discounts.
- Check Payment for amount paid, platform fees, and your net earning.
- Read Customer contact details before calling or messaging.
- Under Fulfillment, see shipping info or tap through to shipping details.
- Under Actions, use buttons such as: New order (same customer), Pay method, Record payment, Request pay, Mark Shipped, Invoice, Packing slip, or Receipt.
- Use Update status dropdown to move the order through Pending → Processing → Completed (or Cancelled when appropriate).
- Add a Merchant note for your team (visible on the order).
- Tap Share receipt to send proof of payment to the customer.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
