How to link your bank account for payouts on Oja

Before you start

Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Open the More tab.
  2. Under Settings, tap Account profile (Overview tab in merchant settings).
  3. Scroll to Payout Account — Where your earnings are sent.
  4. Tap Add (or Edit if you already have an account).
  5. In the bank modal, select your Bank from the list.
  6. Enter your Account number — the app may verify the account name automatically.
  7. Confirm the Account name matches your bank records.
  8. Save. Your masked account number appears on the Payout Account card.
  9. Complete merchant verification (KYC) if prompted — higher tiers unlock larger withdrawal limits.

Helpful tips

Keep these in mind:

  1. Use a business or personal account you control — payouts cannot be reversed easily once sent.
  2. Wrong bank details cause failed settlements; double-check before saving.

If something goes wrong

Try this first:

  1. Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
  2. Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
  3. Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
  4. Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
