What you will learn
Confirm your email during sign-up or security flows using the 6-character code screen.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- When Oja asks you to verify your email, open the Enter code screen.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code from Oja.
- Type each character into the boxes — you can paste the full code and it will fill all slots.
- Tap Verify or Continue when all boxes are filled.
- Use Resend code if you did not receive it within a few minutes.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
