What you will learn
Update your name, phone, avatar, and bio from the Edit Profile screen.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open the More tab.
- Tap your profile photo or Edit Profile in Quick actions.
- On Edit Profile, tap the camera icon on your avatar to upload a new photo.
- Update First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number. Email is usually read-only for security.
- Fill in Bio or other fields shown on the screen.
- Tap Save in the top-right corner.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
