What you will learn

Change branding, colors, banners, contact info, and policies so your online store looks professional.

Before you start

Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Open the More tab (bottom navigation).
  2. Under Settings, tap Theme & branding (or open Store customization from merchant settings).
  3. On the Customization studio home screen, tap a section: Branding, Theme & Fonts, Banners, Social Media, Newsletter, Announcement, Content, Contact, Policies, or Features.
  4. Branding: Upload your logo and favicon, set your store display name and tagline.
  5. Theme & Fonts: Pick accent colors from swatches or enter a hex code. Choose heading and body fonts.
  6. Banners: Add hero images and promotional banners shoppers see on your storefront.
  7. Contact: Add email, phone, and physical address customers can use.
  8. Policies: Write your Return Policy and Terms of Use in plain language.
  9. Tap Save in each section when you finish. Pull to refresh on the studio home to see updates.

Helpful tips

Keep these in mind:

  1. Start with Branding and Contact — shoppers trust stores with a real logo and phone number.
  2. Preview your storefront in a browser using your your-store.useoja.com link after saving.

If something goes wrong

Try this first:

  1. Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
  2. Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
  3. Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
  4. Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
