Run promotions with percentage or fixed discounts for your store.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More → Finance & growth → Discounts.
- Tap Create discount (or +).
- Choose percentage or fixed amount off.
- Set the code name, usage limits, and start/end dates.
- Save and share the code with customers on social media or WhatsApp.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
