Link social accounts to reach customers and manage direct-message sales.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More → Settings → Social channels & inbox.
- Find Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp cards.
- Tap Connect on the platform you use.
- Follow the on-screen authorization steps.
- After connecting, you can sync products and manage DMs from one place (features vary by platform).
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
