What you will learn
Turn Paystack, cash, bank transfer, POS, and Oja Terminal on or off for online, offline, and in-person sales.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More → Settings → How customers pay.
- Review Payment integration at the top (fees and remittance schedule).
- Use the Online, Offline, and POS tabs.
- Toggle Paystack for card/online payments.
- Toggle Cash, Bank transfer, POS (Moniepoint/Opay), and Oja Terminal per channel.
- Choose who pays transaction fees (customer or merchant) where shown.
- Changes save automatically — wait for the confirmation indicator.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
