Update your password from security settings without signing out.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open More → Quick actions → Edit Profile, or go to merchant profile settings.
- Open Security or Change password (from More or account settings).
- Enter your Old password (current password).
- Enter your New password and Confirm password — they must match.
- Tap Update password.
- Sign in again on other devices if you stay logged in elsewhere.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
