Before you start
- The Odogwu or Chairman plan.
- Business or creator accounts on the platforms you connect, and the logins for them.
Open Connected apps
Go to the Account tab and tap Connected apps.
Connect your accounts
Tap Connect next to Instagram, Messenger or TikTok and sign in to give Oja access. Connected accounts show On, with the account name.
Reply from the Social inbox
Open Social inbox from the Account tab. Every chat shows with the platform, the last message and unread count. Use the tabs to see one platform, or search by name. Tap a chat to reply.
Tips for faster replies
- Answer price questions with an Oja Flash payment link, so they can pay straight away.
- Mark the sale as Instagram or Facebook when you record it, to see which one sells most.
- Reply fast: buyers on social media often message several sellers.
