What you will learn
Oja supports seven product types — each has tailored detail fields for how you sell.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open Products → Add product (or Edit product for an existing item).
- Open the Product type dropdown and choose: Handmade, Print on Demand, Second Hand, Hybrid, or Local Service.
- Handmade: Add crafting time, customization notes, and made-to-order settings in Details.
- Print on Demand: Set print provider info, design files, and production notes in Details.
- Second Hand: Add condition (e.g. like new), and authenticity notes.
- Hybrid: Combine digital and physical fulfillment — configure both in Details and Fulfillment.
- Local Service: Set service area, duration, and booking notes; choose Service or Local Meetup under Fulfillment.
- Complete Pricing, Photos, and Inventory, then tap Create or Publish.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
