What you will learn

Oja supports seven product types — each has tailored detail fields for how you sell.

Before you start

Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps in order:

  1. Open Products → Add product (or Edit product for an existing item).
  2. Open the Product type dropdown and choose: Handmade, Print on Demand, Second Hand, Hybrid, or Local Service.
  3. Handmade: Add crafting time, customization notes, and made-to-order settings in Details.
  4. Print on Demand: Set print provider info, design files, and production notes in Details.
  5. Second Hand: Add condition (e.g. like new), and authenticity notes.
  6. Hybrid: Combine digital and physical fulfillment — configure both in Details and Fulfillment.
  7. Local Service: Set service area, duration, and booking notes; choose Service or Local Meetup under Fulfillment.
  8. Complete Pricing, Photos, and Inventory, then tap Create or Publish.

If something goes wrong

Try this first:

  1. Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
  2. Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
  3. Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
  4. Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
