Sell files, courses, templates, or software with digital delivery instead of shipping.
Before you start
Open the Oja merchant app and sign in with your store account. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Some features (like advanced analytics) require an active subscription.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps in order:
- Open Products → Add product.
- Set Product type to Digital.
- Fill in Name, description, category, pricing, and photos as usual.
- Tap Details and configure digital-specific settings: delivery method (Instant, Email, or Account access), file links or access instructions.
- Under Fulfillment, select Digital Delivery.
- Set inventory if you limit licenses; otherwise leave unlimited if applicable.
- Tap Create to publish.
If something goes wrong
Try this first:
- Pull down to refresh the screen if data looks outdated.
- Sign out and sign back in if buttons do not respond.
- Update the app to the latest version from your app store.
- Take a screenshot of any error message and contact Oja support.
